We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide (such as name, contact information, and payment details) are used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
All online transactions are securely processed through Stripe or Venmo, and we never store your payment details.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept secure online payments through Stripe, allowing you to pay with all major credit and debit cards at checkout. For your convenience, we also offer the option to submit a manual payment via our verified business Venmo account. Please note that all orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment. Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
RETURN POLICY
Fresh flowers don’t ship well, so we keep things local. Bouquets, corsages, and other floral designs are available for pickup or delivery in our North Texas/Texoma service area. Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final—but if something isn’t right, let us know right away and we’ll do our best to make it right.
REFUNDS+CANCELLATIONS
All sales are considered final once an order is placed. Due to the perishable nature of fresh florals, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once designs have been created or delivered.
Cancellations may be requested up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for credit toward a future order at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can work with you on an appropriate solution.
